Today in a word: Craptacular...
Some fireman and policeman came and gave us a bit lecture about fireworks and fireworks safety.
Did fook-all. I regret taking music...Meh, it's only short-course!
Had my test, 20+ questions then two essay questions. I was in the middle of my first essay when she said, "You should just be finishing the conclusion of your first essay..." so I rushed it...and I rushed the whole of my second one. It was about 3/4 of the page, when it had to be about a page and a half. Oh well! No-one managed I don't think. Not 20+ questions and 2 essays in 1 hour 5 minutes!
I got into maths, excited. "Only an hour 'til San Andreas..." my brain was telling me. AND I understood our work! "It's too good to be true" said a little voice in the back of my head. Dale came up to me at the end, "Kirsten, Jonny's jealous of you, having San Andreas!" then Jonny came over, "Yeah, my mum's supposed to be getting me it, but she'll forget..."
I walked home, excited. I came in the back door and looked down, didn't look at the letter box when I came in, so I could get a suprise. I walked to the front door with my head down, then looked at where the mail was. I was surprised alright! San An was not there :o( I got really mad and disappointed and sent ma a text saying, "I'm never buying anything from play.com ever again!"
Andy and Steven were talking about San An, I felt left out. We had a supply teacher so we did some random exercises.
I didn't have a good afternoon. Got no praise, couldn't do some thing we were supposed to. Made an ass in front of everyone.
I came home, complained to Ma about SA and she said I was bound to be disappointed. I checked the play.com site and they said they give refunds so I thought about just buying it from Asda, but then said, "No. If it isn't here tomorrow, I'll buy it somewhere else and send it back when it eventually comes." So we went to the chipshop, I went to get Ma a paper and coke from Asda while she got the chips. I had a quick look at the PS2 games, but there was a sign saying "San Andreas Sold Out" then I looked in Blockbuster. "Temporarily outta stock" Whoop-de-friggen-do! I wouldn't buy it from Asda anyway, though, 'cos whenever I buy anything from there, the box is broken or the disc is scratched. Anyhoo... I'm gonna go. I'm really tired and it's only 8pm *huh?*
